As a buyers agent, I cover the entire "chicagoland" area. A licensed Broker/owner and an attorney, I am in an ideal position to represent you in the processes of purchasing a home.
Because most Real Estate Agents represent the seller, they are required by State Law to disclose any information they learn about the buyer to the seller. They are also obligated to obtain the seller's price for the property.
I never represent a seller or any sellers, therefore are not required to disclose any confidential information about the buyer such as names, salary, occupation, etc. We provide sales history and county records as the basis for a buyer to decide what a property is worth.
We believe an agent, or agents in the same firm, cannot fully represent two parties with adverse interest in the same transaction. Because of this belief, our firm only represents buyers and does not take listings. We never have a conflict of interest with our clients.
