In Georgia, sellers typically have their own representation through sellers agents.  Georgia permits agents to practice dual agency, representing both the buyer and the seller in the same transaction, I DO NOT practice dual agency.  As a listing agent, I represent the seller only and owe my allegiance to the seller.  This does not mean that I will not show your home, it means that I would never give my allegiance to the buyer of your home.  Please understand that most agents showing homes today are buyers agents and must represent the buyers.  Thats why it is so inportant to have an agent representing only you.
 
In todays market, our MLS statistics tell us that homes are averaging about 77 days on the market and selling on an average of 97.4% of the asking price.  My own statistics are that in the last 2 years my listings have averaged 33 days on the market and sold for an average of 98.9% of asking price.  All of my listings are put on several websites and I incorporate direct mail to targeted areas in my marketing plan.  To schedule a free consultation  E-mail me
